DOIMAK machine, RIR+RE Series, has been specifically designed for the grinding of ball screw nuts. It allows in one clamping the internal grinding of the nut thread, and the grinding of the external diameter and faces. It includes an own developed software for the automatic wheel profiling with compensated profile, doing possible the grinding of large pitch nuts.

Operator interface is performed by means of graphical masks, and then it is only required to follow the shown instructions and to complete the data corresponding to the piece. The machine joints together a high flexibility and a high production capability, in a very user friendly environment for the operator.

Possibility of different threads profiles in function of the customer's requirements: Metric, Whitworth,Trapezoidal, Sellers...
