FF100 tec DOKA

The pre-assembled standard elements of Doka timber-beam formwork FF100 tec combine the advantages of timber-beam formwork with the grid-related advantages of a framed formwork system. They owe their extremely high load-bearing capacity to the new, heavy-duty Beam I tec 20 and the FF100 tec waling WU14.

No limits on the pouring rate
up to a pour-height of 3.60 m, with only two 20.0 form-tie points

Also withstands the hydrostatic pressure of new types of concrete, thanks to

- the minimised deflection achieved by the stable I tec 20 beam
- high rigidity as the formwork beams are fastened to the walings by welded-on plates

Optimises equipment utilisation and site logistics
by its underlying 25 cm grid, with only a small number of different element widths

Cuts the commissioning quantities and rental duration, thanks to
