TURBOSEPTM is a unique device for separating entrained aerosols, liquids and foams from the off-gas of fermentations. It is fully scaleable and has been successfully installed on fermenters from 0.05 to 500 m3 allowing it to be used from pilot scale through to bulk production. It is designed to work with the fermentation, helping to increase capacities, reduce antifoam consumption and protect off-gas filters.
