Tetratex® Membranes are manufactured from 100% ePTFE polymer resin. Tetratex is dimensionally and chemically stable in almost any chemically aggressive environment and in temperatures ranging from -250°C to +280°C.
Our films are thermobonded to substrates such as polyester and polypropylene and can be treated to repel oils as well as water using our patented oleophobic treatment.
Our films, range in thickness, from 180 to 250 micron with a porosity of 80 to 90% and pore sizes of 0.07 micron to 7 microns.
Bicomponent Laminate
