Tetratex® EXTREME, next generation of Tetratex, is a surface filtration ePTFE membrane, laminated onto a variety of substrates for dust collector applications, providing the flexibility to meet your needs. It acts as a primary dust cake requiring no pre-coat before operation
By limiting fine particulate penetration, Tetratex EXTREME can be used in a variety of applications that require a higher airflow; delivering high capture rates, lower constant operating pressure drop resulting in extended filter element life and energy savings.

Tetratex EXTREME is manufactured from PTFE Fluropolymer resin. It is a chemically inert material that virtually eliminates concerns regarding fibre contamination.
Tetratex EXTREME membrane is thermally stable up to +280oc.
Tetratex EXTREME is sold in roll form to qualified filter bag & cartridge manufacturers.
