The DGR series is characterised by its adaptability, versatility of use and easy installation in order to suit the needs of the OEM.
The components are manufactured according to the quality standard and certified UNI EN ISO 9001 : 2000
The wheel drive unit DGR is made by modular concept of drive group and idler group and with angle support concept, ideal to suit both, bolted and welded fixing frame to unit.
The carbon steel wheels are provided with diameters of 125 to 315 mm, suitable to rail of 30 to 65 mm width.
The 2 speed motors are self braking type, progressive starting, with fan and the tapered brake ensures a fast braking action that remains reliable upon time accrual.
Motors protection IP55, insulation in class F
Electrical feeding 400V-3ph-50 Hz.
Acoustic level less than 85 dB(a).
