Dongil Rubber Belt
Mono-ply conveyor belt provides high tension at the level of over 2,000kg/㎠ although the layer of carcass is 1 ply and minimizes take-up distance and the elongation by using solid-woven types of special cover.
Also the tensile force is high, so unlike the multi-layer belt in which trough property decreases as the number of cloth layers increases, it provides optimum trough property due to its core structure. And since it is manufactured so as to endure bending fatigue by minimizing cloth layers, it can be applied by minimizing the poly diameter in comparison with the multi-layer belt.
It is excellent in bending fatigue and shock absorbing ability, so the life of the core is long. And as the thickness of the core layer becomes thin, the thickness of the cover rubber can be made thicker accordingly, so the service life increases substantially.
Less Ply Conveyor Belt
It can be designed in a ply core structure of straight wrap shape with tensile strength higher than that of an ordinary multi-layer belt, and has excellent bendability and shock resistance. Since it is easy to join belts, it takes less time to repair damaged belts, making it easy to work on it.
