Steel cord conveyor belt consists of cover rubber superior in tensile property, abrasion resistance and tear resistance and adhesive rubber to keep completely adhesive strength with steel cord. It increases lifetime of belt due to flexibility superior to intensity.
It keeps tension at the level of over 5,000kg/㎠ by using the carbon steel cord as carcass and preserve strength same as main body by improving the jointing efficiency of junction point.
It reduce the cost by minimizing the take-up distance because of keeping very low elongation at the level of 1/10 of general cover belt.
