DOSPEL Professional is the only Polish manufacturer of integrated duct ventilation systems RSystem type.
In the ducts manufactured by DOSPEL the ending is turned inside out and formed with the shape of a frame profile. All elements are 100% repeatable, fit ideally one to each other and therefore there is no necessity of using any sealing substance. The connection is non-invasive, so the zinc layer on the metal sheet doesn’t get damaged. The ducts manufactured with the RSystem technology are very durable.
The ducts are manufactured out of zinc metal sheets or, on the customer’s wish, out of acid-resistant, aluminium or black metal sheets.
Thank to the most modern technology and wide range of used metal sheet tightness, we manufacture the installation elements in following pressure classes: 1, 2, 4 and 5 (standard: class 1 and 4)
Thank to the special sealing of frame connections, the DOSPEL standard is tightness class A, B.
All moulders are dimensioned according to DIN 18379 norm, which ensures the uniformity and repeatibility of elements.
Wanting to fit to Customers needs, the company has diversified the range of normalized elements for moulders with not occurring norms, but often met in the projected ventilation currents.
Depending from the Customers demands, all elements can be protected with an additional warming up layer (mineral wool or mineral wool with additional metal or aluminium casing) already on the prefabrication stage, which significantly improves protections quality and accelerates the subsequent mounting of elements on the place of construction.
