User-friendly software which integrates display and control of all the Doteco systems, for example, material loading, gravimetric metering, extrusion control, thickness profile, film width measurement, extrusion and line speeds.
- Recipe management: Allows creating or editing and filing 100 metering recipes and/or 100 extrusion recipes which can later be downloaded.
- Product management: Allows creating or modifying a database of coded products. A metering and/or extrusion recipe is assigned to a product code.
- Order management: Allows creating or modifying a list of job orders containing useful data to identify and trace the individual orders. A product code is assigned to each order.
- Metering control: Real-time display and state setting.
- Layer components: Metering data setting.
- Extrusion control: Real-time display and state setting. Using the arrow keys on the display or modifying the setpoints, line production can be changed or the individual layers simultaneously.
- Thickness profile: XY and polar graphic display.
- Consumption report: Storage of ingredient consumption for an exact inventory of the raw materials.
- Quality report: Storage of the process data for quality control requirements.
- Alarm report: Storage of alarm events.
