Monoaxial stretching line for films
MDO-I-350/MDO-II-350 DR. COLLIN

The two models differ in terms of the number of stretching gaps (MDO-I with one gap, MDO-II with two gaps). All rolls in the stretching unit are of double-walled construction in order to ensure precise temperature control. The maximum stretching ratio is 1:10 at 50 m/min. The stretching units consist of: Preheating and holdback group
The preheating rolls are 144 mm in diameter. A rubber-surfaced pressing roll is positioned opposite the preheating rolls.
Stretching group
This group consists of 4 rolls, each of which is 144 mm in diameter. The two-gap model has 2X4 stretching groups with annealing rolls located in between
Cooling and take-off group
The cooling roll is also 144 mm in diameter. A pneumatically pivoted rubber roll generates the required pressing force.
