Collin® pipe extrusion lines cover a diameter range of 0.5 – 32 mm and are available for up to 7-layer coextruded pipe. These lines, whether for laboratory use or pilot production, exhibit all the features of full-scale production equipment. They are characterized by their high precision, especially in the small diameter range. As a consequence, they are frequently employed as production equipment for medical applications (see separate section). Avail-able downstream equipment includes vacuum tanks and cooling baths, mono- or multi-layer dies, haul-offs, cutting devices and winders for the particular application.
