Workpieces of different materials and shapes are to be automatically laser-marked. The workpieces must be loaded and unloaded and be laser-marked with flexible marking contents. Furthermore, the laser system must be capable of mastering tasks in object and position recognition arising from different workpiece shapes and positions on the conveying belt.
