No need to test individual burner components: The Dual BCI is a diagnostics adapter, which allows a Dräger MSI 150 EURO or MSI PRO2 and EM200 to read diagnostic data from digital firing units in real time. In doing this, the optical adapter reads data from the reset button. Data is prepared, analysed and displayed in Dräger MSI flue gas analysers.
In the event of a fault, the direct cause of the fault, error history/statistics and the program sequence are shown in plain text on a 6-line display at start up or during operation. The diagnostics adapter is attached to the reset button when the burner is in operation or when a fault occurs.
