Material Specifications:

Body: 18-8 Type 304 Stainless Steel to ASTM A-240.

Bolts: 18-8 Type 304 Stainless Steel.

Nuts and Washers: 18-8 Stainless Steel, coated.

Flange: 18-8 Stainless Steel, ANSI 150 Lb.

Drilling. Recess per MSS-SP60. Also available in Carbon Steel per AWWA C-207, Class D.

Gasket: Buna N (Nitrile) specially compounded for water applications. Proven in water service

for over 50 years. Wedge-type gasket design for higher sealing pressures.

Finish: Fully Passivated to ASTM A-380.

Usage: For cast and ductile iron, PVC (DR 18 or thicker), A-C and steel pipe installations.

Pressure Rating: 150 PSI or higher depending on pipe material and branch size.
