Hydraulic operated crimping tools with exchangeable die sets 10-300 mm² These are highly efficient crimping tools. They have C-form crimping heads which allow 180 degrees pivoting and allow side placing of cables and connectors that have up to 22 mm in diameter. The handles and the body of model 12965/S are insulated with a neoprene cover which protects the tool from pollution and damage. This tool provides fast and reliable crimping with minimum strokes thanks to the ability to crimp different connectors with the same cross section range. The model 12968 is smaller and generally it is equipped with a double acting piston pump which allows rapid motion on the die sets. Both these tools allow quick work without causing fatigue. In addition, the same die sets may be used in hydraulic crimping heads model 12486 and 12485.
