The screw feeders of the range "CF" have been planned specifically for powder or granular materials used in the chemical-pharmaceutical field. Their versatility make them suitable for materials having very different fluidity , particle-size and thickness; the only exception is represented by fragile materials , for which other types of feeders, present on DS&M wide general catalogue, are suggested.
The modular structure simplifies the dismantling of all feeders parts which are in contact with the materials; the carpentry surfaces and the welding spots are carefully smoothed to make all cleaning and sanitary operations with precision. The range offers a wide choice of dosing screws, stirring devices and hoppers; all these accessories are interchangeable among them . The basic version of the feeder is equipped with a screw motor reducer; also a wide range of control devices and accessories is at disposal.
