The twin screw feeders of the range "BF" are suitable to dose with accuracy powder and granular materials utilised in the chemical-pharmaceutical field. Their configuration make them in particular fit for materials with a great fluidity, preventing any possible "siphon" effect; with the simple use of self-cleaning dosing screws, which are present in the standard range of accessories, is also possible the dosing of materials which are particularly sticky and plasticizing ones. The modular structure simplifies the dismantling of all feeders parts which are in contact with the materials; the carpentry surfaces and the welding spots are carefully smoothed to make all cleaning and sanitary operations with precision.
The range offers a wide choice of dosing screws, stirring devices and hoppers ; all these accessories are interchangeable among them. The basic version of the feeder is equipped with a screw motor reducer; also a wide range of control devices and accessories is at disposal.
