We can handle a complete line-up of packaging solutions with a flat base, corner beams with glued ledges or attached lids glued to the front, a waterproof base, centring devices or as shelf-ready packaging (SRP). They can be supplied in a single piece with a perforation or opening, or in two pieces with a header card glued on the front to suit different supply chain requirements. These machines are very accessible, enabling fast format changes and providing a high degree of flexibility with the servomotor technology. They are quick to set up and will reduce your maintenance costs. Our tray former range consists of the FBE 208, FBE 308 and FBE 310, offering output rates of up to 40 trays/min (depending on packaging type and dimensions).
