5000 evolution

An efficient method of cleaning town and city centres, airports, docks and large industrial complexes that make an essential part of maintaining our environment. To realise this aim efficiently, a special type of cleaning system is necessary to deal with the many problems encountered.

With this mind Dulevo has developed the model 5000 Evolution with its unique patented Mechanical-Vacuum waste collection system. Dirt, dust and debris collected by the large diameter side brooms is thrown into the path of a powerful main broom which sweeps everything forward into a high speed vertical conveyor, this in turn transfers everything into a large capacity stainless steel hopper. During the waste collection process , the main system operates under vacuum created by two powerful vacuum fans which, combined with a 3 micron rot proof polyester filter, reduces dust diffusion to a minimum. Due to the very high efficiency of this dust control system, the main brush is operated without the use of water, whilst only the side brooms have very low quantities of water sprayed on their track due to their external positioning.
