The lineshaft conveyor belts are made from 100% pure virgin urethane (no regrind or blends). Though the cords are costlier than cord containing regrind, they ensure typical lasting service life with greater drive. The standard 83A Line Shaft Belts (clear or orange color) made from cyclothane-A or cyclothane-E are available in standard diameters of 1/8"(3.2mm), 5/32"(4mm), 3/16"(4.8mm), .210"(5.3mm) , 6mm, 1/4"(6.3mm), 5/16"(8mm)and 3/8"(9.5mm) and other diameters as well. They are 10% to 12% stretchable. The cords are capable to move boxes weighing up to 20 lbs/roller (9 kg/roller). HT Blue Line Shaft Belt (High Tension, 85A) of cyclothane-B material comes in standard diameters of 3/16"(4.8mm), 210"(5.3mm), 6mm, 1/4" (6.3mm) and 5/16"(8mm). They are 15% to 20% stretcahble and produces 30% more drive tension over standard line shaft belts. The cords are capable to move boxes weighing up to 25 lbs/roller(11 kg/roller). HEHT Black Lineshaft Belt (Highly Elastic, High Tension, 88A). dade from cyclothane-C is available in standard diameter of 7/32"(5.6mm) with 15% to 30% stretchability.
