Durma Hybrid Laser cutting machine offers a great flexibility, efficiency and accuracy. The system works as "hybrid" principle. On X axis, the sheet moves at speed of max.45 m/min. and on Y axis the cutting head moves at the speed of 100 m/min. The axis and table move with high precision grounded ballscrew with direct drive technology. No belt and any transmission between the motors and ballscrews. This eliminates potential backlash problems. Durma HD-M also features high productivity, easy to operate, low running cost, less maintenance, clean environment and high cutting technology.
Main frame of the machine is stress relieved after welding operation. By this process, residual stresses left from welding and microstructure is eliminated.
In laser cutting machines it is very important to keep the beam length constant in order to achieve uniform cutting quality over the whole cutting range. In HD-M machine this is accomplished by twin mirrors moving synchronously with the cutting head thus keeping the beam length constant at optimum length. Cutting data library facilitates the cutting processes without any regulation. And cutting parameter page offers operators to regulate parameters easily when special material needs to be cut.
Cutting pressure, cutting gas, cutting speed, speed power and power gas modulations, piercing cycles can be easily regulated via easy user interface.
