Ecoclean's OUPC Over-Under Pallet Conveyor is a self-contained pallet-handling loop: parts travel on pallets atop the conveyor, and empty pallets return underneath. The conveyor's overall length can be customized to suit a wide range of applications. OUPC is an ideal choice for robot and gantry integrators requiring fixed pick-up or drop-off locations for part exchanges. Adjustable escapements allow for precise pallet positioning. Additional pallets can be purchased for full pallet-to-pallet accumulation along the top of the OUPC. Custom part nests and fixtures can be mounted on the pallet base to support many part types and shapes. Oblong or tubular parts can extend beyond the width of the conveyor for applications handling large axles, crankshafts, camshafts, or other rotating parts.
