Humidity test chamber, Kesternich chamber
VCK/CH Series
Dycometal Equipos de Control de la calidad, S.L.
The Kesternick Corrosion Test has been conceived to simulate industrial or urban atmospheres trough the formation of an artificial atmosphere adding Sulphurous Anhydrid to the air, with or without Carbon Dioxide.
With The Kesternich Test we can get an artificial atmosphere with the best aproximation to the results obtained when in sulphurous natural atmospheres some metals are expounded.
The Kesternich Test consists in a cycle of 24 hours separated in two parts: the first one consists in 8 hours with the Chamber closed and the pieces in its indoor, situated according to the Legal Regulatio and exposed to 40ºC in where 0,2 or 2 litres/ gr., of Sulphurous Anhydrid is introduced with a 100% of RH.
