Electric chamber furnace Dycometal

DYCOMETAL has a large diversity of Electrical Furnaces specialized in Ceramic and Metallurgic treatments.

Ranges of temperature to 1200ºC and optionally, 1500ºC.
It is used the most present pyrometry in Regulation as well as in Refractory Isolation through alloyes of a high density and with a very low specific gravity (Khantal alloyes).
We can see many fire-places of gas evacuation.
Control through a regulator with a ramp function and stabilization or through a Regulator/ Programmator that sections the technical process in several segments of heating system.
Acoustic alarms and/ or luminous beacons of the end process are installed for Metallurgical Tests.
Electric Furniture totally independent of the refractory one.
Heating elements isolated to avoid their corrosion deterioration.
Useful volume from 2 litres to 30 litres. It is possible to manufacture another volumes under request.
