ISO-LIFT™ Flexible Screw Conveyor Series 420 The ISO-LIFT™ flexible screw conveyor is used to convey almost any dry bulk solid material, including fine and dusty chemicals and/or dry powders, up to 80 feet horizontally as well as vertically. It is versatile with regard to the particle size, bulk density and moisture it can convey. In addition, the ISO-LIFT flexible screw conveyor is completely dust-tight and low in cost. Because the screw flighting is allowed to float inside the flexible tube of the ISO-LIFT flexible screw conveyor the need for any center shaft or an end bearing is eliminated, unlike traditional screw conveyors which have a center shaft running throughout the length of the conveyor. The ISO-LIFT flexible screw conveyor weighs less than conventional screw conveyors and is much easier to install. In addition, it comes completely assembled and supporting it is easy and low in cost.
