Dynex high-pressure pumps operate with extended life at pressures from 8000 to 20 000 psi (560 to 1380 bar). These pumps accommodate more force in a smaller package. At lower pressures, they provide the life and performance margin essential in critical environments.
The checkball design uses individual piston check valves, which direct flow from the inlet side of the pump to the pump outlet port. The positive-seating action of the check valves provides better wear and higher volumetric efficiency, especially for high-pressure operation.
Variable pressure-compensated models are available for operation to 8000 psi (560 bar). In these efficient models, fluid flows through the pump, back to tank at relatively low pressure. This design provides stabilized temperatures with little increase in heat, even when compensating for long periods.
