Dynex builds a wide range of standard hydraulic power units. Specialized systems with custom fabrication can be designed to meet specific customer requirements. These systems can operate with mineral-oil or low-lubricity fire-resistant and water-based fluids including water glycol, Skydrol, other phosphate ester fluids and various military fluids. Standard Power Unit Specifications: Reservoir sizes from 3 to 500 U.S. gallons (11 to 1893 L); Flows from .22 to 200 gpm (0,83 to 757 L/min); Maximum pressures from 3000 to 10 000 psi (210 to 700 bar); Electric motors from .25 to 75 HP (0,2 to 56 kW); Use customer-specified and distributor-supplied components; Optional stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance. Custom Hydraulic Systems: Specialized hydraulic units range from simple pump/motor units to large 500 gallon (1893 L) systems. Prime movers are available to 700 HP (522 kW) operating at high pressures to 20 000 psi (1380 bar). Custom systems provide high efficiency and long-life operation. They are designed for difficult conditions, including high pressure, contamination, dirty environments, special fluids and extreme temperature variations.
