Fusion welding of pipes over the 40 mm diameter requires precise positioning and clamping. The ideal tool for this type of work is Dytron's welding unit MP 110. The design of the clamping mechanism allows to properly clamp any type of fitting. The light weight, rigidity and ease of lining up of welded parts are the main features of this equipment. The slide with jaws can be fixed in any position and the fixture can be handled easily from both sides. The slide mechanism is designed to move and heat up both welded parts step by step as per the specified welding procedure. This unique welding tool is available as a complete set with the welding mirror and the required welding attachments.
The welding unit MP-75 can be used for alltypes of pipes from 40 to 75 mm due tothe universal clamping jaws. For the actual welding you can use any hand welder (the hand welder is not included). This equipment offers an ideal capability for welding various parts of pipeline.
