COLLOID MILL-MCB
Its working principle is based on a machined metal conical rotor revolving at high speed within a machined conical stator in a jacketed chamber.
This machine carries out operations for homogenisation, dispersion, emulsion, milling, micronisation and wetting of all kinds of soft and semi-hard products, pre-milled or crushed pastes and liquids. This is due to the mechanical effect of the product particles being smashed against the rotor and stator and against each other.
The setting of the fineness required is obtained by adjusting the gap between the rotor and the stator through an external micrometer adjustment. Depending on the products and the process involved, the motor and stator may be machined in different profiles. The machine can work horizontally inserted in line, or vertically - also inserted in line or fed by means of a specially designed hopper.
Capacity up to 80.000 l/hr. depending on the product and particle size.
