This version of the DEB is adapted to work with products like
honey, or pastes with si rnilar nature and consistency. This
version consists of a special device inside the air-re moving
chamber, that achieves a sheet flow and fall of the product, so
that the bubbles are disintegrated by the thinness of the falling
sheet and by the vacuum applied to the air-removing chamber.
The process can be performed at raised temperatures due to
an external heating jacket.
