At Bachiller we design all kinds of reactors for the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and similar industries and for a countless number of processes. The reactor comprises a container designed for pressure and/or vacuum, equipped with an agitation system with which the process is carried out.
In the chemical industry, our reactors are used for an enormous and heterogeneous range of applications and processes, among which of particular note are polymerisation, manufacture of resin and glue, melting, digestion, dispersion of solids, emulsification, hydrogenation, dispersion of gases, dissolution, etc.
For pharmacies, our equipment is highly regarded for the preparation of sera, injectables, eye drops and in general for any sterile process.
