At Bachiller we build fluid bed driers of the cone type MCV-SF
based on the high precision mixer MCV, and the horizontal
MHT-SF type based on the turbulence mixer MHT. In both
cases the idea is to include a fluidising system using a high
Mow of hot air generated by a blower over special panels or a
nozzle, depending on the application. Hot air circulates
through the product creating a bubbling effect. The
mechanical effect of the mixer helps to distribute the air and
the product. May be applied to both pellets and fine products.
