At BACHILLER we design and manufacture the widest range of agitators for liquids and for all processes in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics and similar industries. On the adjoining page we show different types of standard agitation components for processes such as mixing, dissolution, dispersion, homogenisation, reaction, fermentation, oxidation, digestion, emulsification, etc.
Our range of standardised agitators covers the majority of processes and has been optimised and researched to provide the maximum mechanical yield. The leaktightness systems are designed and adapted depending on the requirements of the various processes and range from simple retainers to double or triple mechanical seals, etc. The series of standard support turrets comprises 7 different sizes depending on the maximum torque to be transmitted. Every design has been developed and tested on approved test equipment and subsequently contrasted with equipment supplied to customers during the last 40 years.
Agitators are designed and adapted to the geometry of any container and can be implemented with or without support from below. Different types of blades can be combined depending on the process to be carried out.
Agitators are supplied suitable for volumes from 5 litres to 150.000 m³.
