The portable clinching frame MCD 30/5 "Piconet" is a handy, lightweight and robust tool with one-hand operating control. The clinching frame is designed for mobile applications and equipped with a single acting hydraulic cylinder with max. 50 kN pressure force and 6 m high-pressure hydraulic hose, without clinching tools (punch and die). It has a continuously adjustable path limitation for reproducible clinching results as well as a 360° rotating frame head for optimum component accessibility. Clinching tools are to be selected according to each respective joining task. The clinching frame will be driven with single-acting hydraulic drive units such as HAT 525 or HA 510.
