The mobile clinching frame is universal usable for the setting of single clinching elements for the processing of different sheet steel unions. The clinching frame is electrically practiced, simple in the handling and easy in the weight. The clinching frame is supplied complete with drive unit, master controller and itegrated software as well as 5 m of control cable and a set tool holder without clinching tools (die and punch). Optionaly with a suspension appliance (wich makes possible to turn trough 360° the clinching frame).

Due to the 230 volt drive, only a socket is required. Thereby, a high extent of mobility is reached and restrictions, as possibly caused by an hydraulic unit, do not arise. The economic efficiency and environmental acceptability of the CONECO 45/60 E is empha-sised by a short process cycle and low power consumption. Manually moveable ram for better component accessibility, one-hand release and simple adjusting to different joining jobs guarantee easy handling.
