ICBP® cells are either: electric heating high temperature heating cells (low pressure carburizing® or carbonitriding®, austenitizing, brazing…) convection heating low temperature heating cells (preheating, tempering, nitriding…) quenching cells: high pressure gas quenching or oil quenching Parts loads are transferred between cells by a high-speed heat-insulated cart. > Full command of treatment programs Each recipe is prepared and simulated before the heat treatment. When a cycle starts, all steps and parameters can be followed in real time. All those recipe data are recorded and stocked in a database. This system fits with quality management requirements. Moreover, operators benefit from a user friendly interface.
