ECOROLL'S hydrostatic tools HGx-5 6 is recommended to be used on CNC lathes with live tooling. As equipped with an integrated high-pressure pump it requires no feed line and is ready for operation after being located with the revolver. Its VDI shanks available in wide range of diameters form 20-80 mm makes an ideal product to be used with all popular drive systems. Furthermore, it's highly symmetrical tool construction and VDI (DIN 69880) shanks permits both left and right handed usage. The HGx-6 model is similar to the HGx-5 but consists of an extra pivoting rolling element for ball heads and domes. It is additionally equipped with HG13-6R roller brushing concave fillets. Both these models and model Hgx-7 can attain high speeds of 3000-RPM max. and supports multi-directional rotation. They allow low-pressure emulsion feed via the revolver requiring a 40-micron filter. They also support actuation of high-pressure pump by tool drive and can be, connected to a manometer for adjusting available rolling pressure.
