This is a family of systems designed for the complete production testing of die-cast rotors. Several models are available in function of rotor dimensions.
An innovative test (R-TEST) allows the identification of mechanical and bar defects. In particular:
# Interrupted or damaged bars.
# Missing material in the bars of the rotor.
# Welding blowholes.
# Short circuit between two or more bars.
# Deviation of the rotor bar angle relevant to the axis (skew).
# Missed alignment of the shaft in comparison to the axis.
# Error in the positioning of the shaft in comparison to the stack.
