PRECICURA
EDIT
PRECICURA
PRECICURA is an extremely precise laser transmitter, PRECICURAmesure a distance according to the principle of the laser triangulation. PRECICURA can be used either for a measurement alone, or for integrated in system for a dimensional measurement of thickness, length, width, profiled. PRECICURA measures the majority of materials motionless or ravelling
PRECICURA - Principle of measurement
The Precicura sensors measure a distance according to the principle of the laser triangulation. A point is projected on the surface of the product to be measured. The laser spot is considered, and part of this luminous reflection is collected by the optical system of the sensor and is directed on integrated detector CCC. This detector CCC is composed of ultra-sensitive cells (pixels). A certain number of pixels are activated with the reception of the luminous point. The Precicura sensors use an algorithm to determine the value pixel. The resolution which results from this is related to the data bus of the sensor (16 bits in Précicura), that is to say 32000 pixels.
The processor incorporated in Precicura then converts the value pixel into value of distance. The processor also allows the configuration of the sensor - filter, frequency of measurement, modes of measurement - very simply.
EASY TO USE!
The Precicura sensors are supplied with of 24 V. They out of standard, are equipped with communications series and analogical as well as DRUNK connection EDGE allowing an assembly of several sensors in series for a measurement multipoint.
SIMPLE TO INSTALL AND CONFIGURE!
The Precicura sensors are delivered out of standard with their software of configuration "Precicura set".
Precicura set is developed under Windows and makes it possible to configure and calibrate very simply Precicura, that it is used or only assembled in system for a measurement thickness, width...
