An electromagnetic wave is emitted by a generator low power and is directed in the product to measure via the transmitting antenna
The propagation of the signal ultra high frequency in the product is a function of the dielectric properties. The reception antenna receives the residual signal of wich dephasing and the variation of amplitude are proportional to the dry extract, the concentration, the Brix or the moisture of the crossed product. A calibration multipoint (4 to 5 samples) makes it possible to quickly calibrate the analyser in the range of desired measurement and to obtain a measurement of the variation of the process in real time
