The quickcoating equipment is an amazing powdercoating machine based exclusively upon the electrostatic principle, but without any compressed air!
Besides endless application possibilities, the following use is typical:
Powder coating of small parts (glasses, jewellery, furniture fittings, etc.)
Insulation coating of medical instruments (HF-surgery), high-quality electric motors
(stators and rotors), insulator, winding bodies (ferrite cores) and conductor rails.
Technical coating with Teflon, Halar, ceramics, talc or nano-powders and many more.
The use of the quickcoating technique has many advantages, the most important ones are:
- Fast powdercoating in about 10-20 seconds. Smooth surface and precise repeatability.
- Ideal for smaller components and rotationally symmetrical parts.
- Air-pressureless powdercoating with a dense cloud of powder.
- Nearly silent operation.
- Dustproof process space (approx. 500x500x900 mm).
- The method is also applicable for food.
- Works with all types of powder (also special powder like Teflon, Rilsan, etc.).
- There is absolutely no powder loss (important with expensive powders).
- Works with a small amount of powder (fill-up quantities between 1,0 and 2,5 kg).
- Fast powder swapping in only 5 minutes.
- Requires only a standard wall socket (230 VAC, 20W/h), Plug-and-Play.
- Requires no compressed air or external exhaust.
- Needs only a small footprint of approximately 1 m².
- Maintenance-free! There are virtually no wearing parts.
