The test bench is suitable for testing gate, flanged, and weld-in fittings. The test specimens are clamped horizontally. The built-in vacuum pump ensures a good ventilation of the test specimen. Test media are water (test pressure of up to 1.380 bar or approx. 20.010 psi max.) and air/nitrogen (test pressure of up to 280 bar or approx. 4.060 max.). This test bench can be used to carry out housing and seat leakage tests. The PS-H 1500 has a nominal diameter range of DN 65 (2 1/2 ") - DN 500 (20"). Clamping is supported by differential pistons. We only use high-quality manometers certified according to EN 10204-3.1B. Our test benches can be expanded by many options like e.g. the VALVE-DOC, an administration and documentation system to document and archive test results.
