Optimum® SmoothFlow™ stainless steel precision nozzles feature a tapered nozzle design ideal for micro-deposit dispensing in the compact camera module (CCM), LED, semiconductor, automotive electronics, and high-precision industrial markets. Our reusable precision nozzles are machined for tight tolerance micro-dispensing and offer orifice sizes from 100 to 500 μm. For even finer deposit sizes, the Optimum Ceramic MicroDot™ tip features a 50 μm orifice diameter for applications such as silver paste contact dispensing. Nordson EFD precision nozzles are tailored for dispensing epoxies, UV-cure adhesives, solder paste, cyanoacrylates, and other assembly fluids. A unique nozzle-stabilizing fixture is available for syringe dispensing using an automated system with an air-powered dispenser.
