The ProcessMate™ 6500 Temperature Control Unit is a compact, cost-effective way to maintain precise temperature control and deposit size when dispensing solder paste and other temperature-sensitive materials.
The process controller maintains temperature-sensitive dispensing processes within ±0.1°C of a desired set point, across a 10° to 40°C range.

The ProcessMate 6500 is suited for manual and automated applications using syringe barrels, dispense valves and other dispensing equipment.
