PRESENTATION
The MCF system (Multi Cylinder
Flowmeter) is a multi-channel
instantaneous specific flow
meter, enabling the simultaneous
flow control of 6 injectors.
This device is particularly
dedicated to calibration of pumps
and complete diesel injection
systems.

SYSTEM COMPOSITION
The MCF system is made up of:
• A multi-cylinder mechanics including
one injection chamber per measurement
channel. The mechanics holds the injectors.
It must be connected to a return circuit for
injection fluid and a cooling circuit for
temperature stability.
• A driving electronics rack
connected to the mechanics through two
cables: measurement and power.
• Software providing display of
instantaneous flows and angles.
USE
The MCF system is designed to replace the test tube board of injection test benches.
It provides instantaneous value of specific flow of the injection channel, and angles of
injection start and length.
It is mainly used on assembly lines to set and calibrate in-line pumps, distributing
pumps or unit pumps, but may also be used to test common rail injection systems.
It is available in two versions :
. 250 mm3 per channel and revolution at 1200 rpm
. 450 mm3. Other ranges can be developed on request.
