The pressure sensor module comprises a piezoresistive sensor attached to the through channel of the body of a module. The sensor has a stainless steel membrane and can be delivered for various measuring ranges. It is conveniently operated with a standard measuring and control unit and, if required, may serve as a part of an automatic pressure regulation system in connection with a control valve. However, the pressure control module described below should be preferably applied in standard setups.
