This type of roller bearing is actually a variant that combines several features. In general, cylindrical roller bearings are unable to withstand large shaft angles, while self-aligning roller bearings can only be used as floating bearings to a limited extent. The SACRB bearing as floating or fixed bearing combines properties such as high load ratio, angular adjustment and easy axial shifting.

The floating bearing consists of an inner race, a set of rollers and two outer rings. The fixed bearing also has two thrust rings. The special design of the outer rings permits the angular adjustment. In addition the specification of the radii of the outer rings, we employ a special manufacturing process that ensures easy angular movement of the rings. The high load ratios are achieved through individual and optimum use of the available installation space.
