Application

Bearing
Preloaded axial radial roller bearing or axial radial air bearings, to provide high rigidity in both planes. Sensitivity and fine positioning are ensured.
Clamping
Distortion free clamping is achieved by several, mechanically pre-loaded devices which are hydraulically released.
Measuring systems
High accuracy Heidenhain angular encoders and rotary inductosyns are standard.
