The EJOT Group is a medium-sized company which is dedicated to innovative fastening solutions on an international level. The Industrial Fasteners Division of the company produces thread-forming fasteners for plastics and metal with a diameter of 1-14 mm. Complicated cold forming parts are manufactured up to a 5-die/5-blow forming stage.
EJOT is the European market leader for thread-forming fasteners for plastic materials – here the EJOT DELTA PT® screw is the latest development. For light alloy materials the Industrial Fasteners Division’s main product is the EJOT ALtracs® screw. Furthermore the company developed the EJOT® boss family, a group of standardized plastic bosses, which can be applied on different materials with various wall thicknesses that do not allow injection-moulded bosses. Compared to conventional sheet metal clips, products of the EJOT® boss family bear no risk of injury and will not damage the corrosion protection coating of the component during assembly.
For thin sheet assembly EJOT developed the threadforming SHEETtracs screw and the self-piercing and extruding FDS screw.
